Meditation, through the foundational technique of breathing gently, is a way to develop a deeper connection to ones body and ones self. The quality of our being is naturally gentle and very loving. This specialised meditation supports us to come back to feeling our natural state more often and within the busyness that life may present. This very simple, yet powerful technique does not require extended sitting times or complex breathing patterns.
