Self Development Program
Why a self-development program?
It is no surprise, given the growth in mental disorders, stress and anxiety along with huge growth in the many varied health conditions, that people are becoming more enquiring and wanting to understand themselves on a deeper level.
This program comes from the understanding that we are all naturally loving and soulful beings, yet over time, we have ventured away from this most natural state. This program supports the journey back, to developing a true and supportive relationship with yourself, with others and with the world.
What happens in the sessions?
Within these sessions we will have opportunity for discussion about any current or past issues that get in the way of you being able to connect to your true self. Working with the body is also an important component, of which various modalities can be used according to what is needed. We hold all of our experiences in the body energetically, so it is important to develop a relationship with energy in order to understand how we can free ourselves of that which is not who we are.
How long does the self-development program go for?
This program is very much personalised according to where your personal growth and development is currently at and what is needed. We will spend some time before the first session or in the first session to determine what is going to be most supportive for you.
