Women's Health Program
This program is a way of re-connecting back to our inner quality of tenderness that is as precious as the children we hold, deserving of equal nurture, love and warmth.
What is the Women's Health Program?
This program is personalised to each woman's individual state of health and well-being. You may have some health concerns, such as menstrual problems, menopause symptoms, stress and anxiety or other discomforts and disorders...or you may simply be wanting to understand and connect more to your body. Through discussion and bodywork, your practitioner will support you to build a relationship with yourself centered around self-care and self-love, which can be a new concept for many women. If it is not new for you, the program will only take you deeper in confirming and further building this relationship.
Can I be on this program and continue with my Doctor's support and medication?
Absolutely. These programs are here to support your already existing medical treatment plan, if you have one. It is a beautiful compliment to the work you are already doing, addressing the underlying causes and supporting new lifestyle choices to initiate true change.
How long does the Women's Health Program go for?
This will be different for every woman. Generally, they will be made up of 6 or 12 sessions, which may be spaced weekly or fortnightly, depending on what is appropriate.
I don't have a medical condition but I am interested in connecting to myself as a woman. Is this the program for me?
This certainly is the program for you. As women, we are innately very gentle and tender...however we tend to forget this and get carried away with the stresses and demands of the world. This program is a way of re-connecting back to this inner quality that is as precious as the children we hold, deserving of equal nurture, love and warmth. Only then can we truly nurture and love another.
