We also love hearing about what type of events you would like, as we are always adjusting our schedule to ensure we are catering for what is needed in our community. Our health is so important, some would say our body is our true superannuation. We believe this to be very true!

Events for Women

We provide and source a very rich array of events to support women in the various aspects of life - such as mothering, pregnancy, menopause, career, self-care, self-love and being empowered.

We run a popular 1 day Women's Urban Retreat here in Melbourne, providing the opportunity for women to heal and restore. These workshops include meditation techniques, stillness yoga and lots of opportunity to discuss topics that affect us on an every day basis. See the booking list below for our next retreat date.

Yoga & Meditation

Meditation classes, Body Awareness & Yoga of Stillness are essential supports for all in understanding and dealing with the pressures of everyday life.
