Women's Health Programs

All women are naturally nurturing & stillness, her quality of being.

At Living Stillness, our clients receive personalised care. This can be in the form of individual sessions or a series of sessions to support working on a particular area of life and/or clearing entrenched patterns that no longer serve. As we work with the understanding that there is an energetic cause to all of our ailments, discomforts and illnesses, we support women to look deeper, to be honest and very understanding with themselves. From there, and only then can true healing occur.

Potential programs for women could be to focus on: developing self-care & self-love, developing self-acceptance & self-worth, support with mothering, relationship support, menstrual cycle concerns, menopause health concerns, sleep problems, anxiety & overwhelm support, dealing with stress, dealing with exhaustion and understanding deep nurturing.

What is well-being?

Health and Well-being is not just about what you eat and how much you exercise. It encompasses the quality of your relationships, how you feel and deal with things mentally and emotionally, how you take care of your body, the quality of sleep you have - everything really. Not one aspect of your life is exempt from contributing to your health.

This is our approach at Living Stillness. We look at the woman as a whole being, where vitality and vibrancy is the minimum standard because that's the normal that we all deserve.

'Well-being becomes a way of life when you commit to love yourself in full and not in parts'

'Empowerment is a state of being and not discovered in achievements'.
